Clarins - Self Tanning Instant Gel Review

This is truly a really great product for those who don't want sun exposure or going to a tanning salon. After all tanning can cause/increase the chances of skin cancer and of course we all don't want that.

Here's a description from
Sephora
What it is:
A self-tanning gel to bring out healthy color in the skin.

What it is formulated to do:
This lightweight and non-oily gel promotes a natural, golden tan for face and body without sun exposure. It's instantly absorbed, so there's no need to wait before dressing, with results in just two hours. Clarins Self Tanning Instant Gel is ideal for those who wish to maintain a year-round tanned appearance.

It actually took me three applications to see a golden tan to my skin. I really like how it's a clear gel unlike some other instant tanning products that is literally deep brown, kinda scary if you ask me. Since there isn't any color on the gel, you have to be very careful that you cover ever spot of your body or where you want it to be tanned. There is a slight smell to this product, but it's not too strong compared to most tanning products. Rating:☆☆☆☆

  2. It takes serveral applications before you see a difference but if u were to put it on at night and shower in the morning it stays ^^ not sure how long the color truly stays since Im trying to be more tan so I apply a new application each day. It drys pretty quick but I let it sit 10-15mins before I put on my clothes. The pricing is $32.50, it's a little pricey but with sephora/Macys you can try their products a few days and it you don't like it you can return it.

  5. I really been looking for a product like that. Sadly I'm really bad with applying creams onto my body and the tan tend to turn out bad but I read that if you add some other sort of skincream to it , it will help? ♥
